# How to Access the List of Pending Appointments

To view appointments that remain **pending confirmation**, please proceed as follows:

-   Go to the account menu within TMH Suite.

Access your calendar and apply the following filter: *Confirmation Status > Pending Confirmation to access the complete list from the Inbox.*

Alternatively, you may select ‘Manage Pending Appointments’ to access the full list to access the complete list from the Inbox..

From this interface, you can:

✅ **Confirm appointments** currently awaiting acceptance

❌ **Decline** appointments where attendance is not possible

⚠️ If your Google Calendar is synchronised, **events are only generated when an appointment reaches ‘Confirmed’ status, whether scheduled via the portals or through the TMH Suite patient booking page**.

**Important:** Appointments marked as pending will not generate events within Google Calendar.
