# How to create appointments from a suggestion

Suggestions received in the Inbox can be quickly turned into an appointment.

### **Book an appointment from a suggestion**

The **Book appointment** action opens the appointment creation screen directly.

The details from the suggestion will be filled in automatically to streamline the process.

### **What happens when you create the appointment**

When the appointment is created successfully,

●       the suggestion automatically changes to Managed status;

●       a confirmation message will be displayed;

●       you will automatically return to the Inbox.

### **Automatic inbox update**

After creating the appointment,

●       the suggestion will disappear from the Pending view;

●       the inbox will update automatically in real time.

This helps to keep track of pending requests in a clearer and more organised manner.
