The medical record keeps growing! Within each patient’s profile, we have added the new NOTES section.

You can create text, audio or file-based notes.

It is very useful for keeping a record of your sessions and maintaining a chronological history of your patients.

The best part is that everything you include in the notes section is taken into account by SophIA as context for your patient during queries.

With these Notes, SophIA will provide answers that are much better tailored to your patient. You can ask in the patient chat for it to search for key information within the notes.

We have also added new features and navigation improvements across several areas of TMH Suite to streamline your daily clinical work.
