Can confirmed appointments be edited?
Yes! You can now edit confirmed appointments — whether they’re online or in person. This gives you greater flexibility to manage last-minute changes.
Online appointments
You can update the following:
- Date and time
- Service
- Video call link (Meet, Zoom, Teams, etc.)
📩 Once you save and reconfirm the appointment, an email will automatically be sent to the client with the updated details — including the new link, if you’ve changed it.
📌 Remember: To confirm an online appointment, the video call link field must be completed.
In-person appointments
You can also make changes to confirmed in-person appointments. You can edit:
- Date and time
- Address or location (if you have multiple centres)
📩 Once the changes are confirmed, the client will receive an email with the updated details of their in-person appointment.
