How can I tell which patients have already paid me?
TMH Suite makes it easy to keep track of your payments through the ‘Invoicing and Collections’ section. This feature gives you a clear, organised view of all your appointments and their payment status.
Did you know this section is only available with the Premium Plan?
With the Premium Plan, you can access the full Invoicing and Collections list.
- Here, your appointments are grouped by payment.
- You can mark each appointment as paid or unpaid and choose the payment method used.
- You can also apply filters and sort the list for faster, more personalised tracking.
⚠️ If you’re not on the Premium Plan, appointments will only appear in your calendar, and you won’t be able to see the centralised collections summary.
What about invoices?
- Invoice generation is also a Premium Plan feature.
- You can issue one invoice per session, or per instalment, by entering your patient’s invoice details.
- You can even have the invoices sent automatically via email.
