How to set up automatic WhatsApp reminders?

Exclusively Available with TMH Suite Premium: WhatsApp automatic reminders come pre-configured, there's no setup required on your end. Once your Premium Plan is activated, the system handles everything for you.

• Each month, up to 60 automatic WhatsApp reminders will be sent to your patients, 48 hours before their appointments, helping to improve attendance and reduce no-shows.
• There's no need for manual setup. The reminders are fully integrated with your calendar: as soon as a patient books an appointment, the system triggers the reminder automatically.

What if I'm on the Free Plan?
WhatsApp reminders won’t be sent, but your patients will still receive appointment reminders via email to help them stay on track.

If you're using the Free Plan and a WhatsApp message isn’t sent, or if you’ve reached your message limit on the Premium Plan, we’re working on introducing automatic SMS reminders as a backup.
