Invoice and Payment Settings
In TMH Suite, you can manage all aspects of your billing and payments in a flexible and comprehensive way. Here's how it works and what you can configure:
How are payments managed?
- Each session has an associated payment, which you can manage from the “Invoicing and collections” section.
- You can edit the amount if needed — either from the appointment itself or directly from the payment record.
- You can also mark whether the payment has been made or is still pending, and select the payment method used (e.g. cash, bank transfer).
⚠️ Remember: If you’ve set up an online payment method under “Manage Account” > “My Payment Settings”, and the appointment was created using that method, the system will register the payment automatically.
This helps you keep everything up to date and well organised.
Premium Plan exclusive features
- With the Premium Plan, you can configure your preferred payment options, such as full or partial advance payment, to help manage payments before the session.
- Generating invoices per session is also a feature available exclusively to Premium users.
⚠️ Please note: Advance payment functionality is currently not available in Latin American countries.
How are invoices generated?
You can generate one invoice per session.
- If the payment was made in instalments, an invoice will be issued for each part (e.g. deposit and balance).
- Invoice generation is semi-automatic: simply select the payment, complete the client’s billing details (if not already saved), and you're good to go!
- You can also email the invoice to the client directly from the platform.
Can I export my payments and invoices?
Yes — from the “Invoicing and collections” section, you can export your data to Excel, including both the list of payments and your session records. This makes it easy to keep external records or share information with your accountant.
