How can I request advance payment for a session?

Requesting payment for an appointment in TMH Suite is straightforward.
You have two easy options:

  • Create a new appointment in your calendar as usual.
  • Alternatively, click the ‘Request Payment’ button within any existing calendar event.

⚠️ Important:
 Before sending a payment request, make sure you’ve set up at least one payment method under ‘Manage Account’ > ‘My Payments Settings’.
