The appointment doesn’t have a video call link, or the link doesn’t work

Appointments will only have an auto-generated video link from TMH Suite if the calendar of the corresponding centre is synchronised and has a Google Calendar assigned.

If the appointment does not have a link, a warning icon will appear to indicate this clearly.

If you’ve manually added a Google video call link but it isn’t working:
This usually happens when the Google Meet link was created using a different account from the one you use to log in to TMH Suite.
In these cases, the message “Waiting for admin approval” may appear, because the system doesn’t recognise you as the owner of the Google account.

To avoid this issue, we recommend generating a link via https://meet.jit.si/?rCounter=1.
You can create a link on that platform, add it to the system, and you won’t face any access restrictions.

You can also use links created with other platforms – they don’t have to be from Google.
What matters is that you enter a link and don’t leave the field empty, as the appointment cannot be confirmed without it.
If there’s no link, the appointment will remain in “Pending confirmation” status.

If your video call exceeds one hour and you receive a Google warning saying you need to pay for Google Workspace to continue:
⚠️ Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist in this case, as Google sets the time limit rules.
We are working on giving you the option to choose which platform to use for video calls.

And that’s it! If you have any questions, remember we’re here to help.
Thanks for being part of the TMH Suite family!
