Duplicate Appointments in Google Calendar

We’ve identified that in some cases; appointments created via the portals may appear twice in your Google Calendar. This happens when your Google Calendar is first synced with the portal and then synced again with TMH Suite, causing the same event to be sent twice.

The issue has now been resolved, but please note: it does not apply retroactively.

To clean up your calendar, we recommend deleting the duplicate events labelled as ‘consultation from Psy…’ or ‘appointment from MundoPsicologos’ directly in Google Calendar. Important: Do not delete the event created from TMH Suite, as this will cancel the appointment in the system.
