Can I export my session list or patient data to Excel?

Yes! TMH Suite allows you to easily export your information, giving you greater control over your professional activity.

You can download the following in Excel format (.xls or .csv):

1. Session log, which includes:

  • Appointment date
  • Patient name
  • Session fee
  • Payment status and method
  • Whether the session has an associated invoice

⚠️ This helps you analyse your data, manage personalised accounting records, or share the information with your accountant whenever needed.

Where can I find the option to export the session list?

Just go to the Invoicing and collections section and click the “Download” button. From there, you can select the type of information you want to export.

💡 Did you know?

This feature is available with the Premium Plan only.

With the Premium Plan, you can:

  • View all your appointments grouped by payment status
  • Manually mark an appointment as paid or unpaid, and specify the payment method
  • Filter and sort the list for quick and personalised viewing

⚠️ Without the Premium Plan, your appointments will only appear in your calendar, and you won’t have access to a centralised payment summary.

2. Patient list, including contact details, available from “Patients” > “Download”:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
