How can I charge my clients?

Charging your clients with TMH Suite is easy, fast, and secure!

Available options

You can manage payments directly from your calendar or from the Invoicing and collections panel (a Premium feature).

Charging from the calendar:

  • Go to your calendar.
  • Select the client’s appointment.
  • Click “Request Payment”.
  • Choose whether to request the full or partial amount (Premium feature).
  • The client will receive a secure payment link via Stripe.
  • Make sure you have at least one payment method set up under:
    “Manage Account” > “My Payment Settings”

⚠️ The option to request advance payments and access your full payment history is only available if:

  • You have a Premium Plan
  • You are part of MundoPsicologos

Plus, with the TMH Suite Premium Plan you can also:

  • Automatically generate and send invoices
  • Export your payments to Excel
  • And much more
