Can I modify payments for sessions that have already taken place?

It is not possible to modify a payment for sessions that have already taken place or have already been paid.

However, you can edit the payment for an upcoming appointment that is still awaiting payment.

  • From the calendar, simply edit the appointment and enter a new charge. Once saved, a new payment link will automatically be sent to the patient.

This allows you to apply discounts, manage packages, or correct amounts as needed, offering flexible control over your income.
