Can I Transfer a Payment Collection from One Patient to Another?
Now, TMH Suite doesn’t support transferring a payment directly from one patient to another. If a payment has been assigned in error, you can correct it by following these steps:
- Cancel the payment linked to the incorrect patient via the ‘Invoicing and Collections’ section
- Then create a new payment request for the correct patient You can easily do this from the agenda by opening the appointment and clicking the ‘Request Payment’ button.
⚠️ Note: To request advance payments (whether full or partial), make sure your payment card is activated, and you have a Premium Plan enabled. With the Premium Plan, you can customise your payment settings and choose whether to collect the full session fee upfront or just a partial amount before the appointment.
