How to Access the List of Pending Appointments

To view appointments that remain pending confirmation, please proceed as follows:

• Go to the account menu within TMH Suite.

Access your calendar and apply the following filter: Confirmation Status > Pending Confirmation

Alternatively, you may select ‘Manage Pending Appointments’ to access the full list.

From this interface, you can:

✅ Confirm appointments currently awaiting acceptance

❌ Decline appointments where attendance is not possible

⚠️ If your Google Calendar is synchronised, events are only generated when an appointment reaches ‘Confirmed’ status, whether scheduled via the portals or through the TMH Suite patient booking page.

Important: Appointments marked as pending will not generate events within Google Calendar.
