How can I create a single invoice for all sessions with a patient?

In TMH Suite, invoicing is directly linked to each session to ensure clear and organised tracking of your income.

⚠️ Only one invoice can be issued per session via the “Billing and Payments” section:

  1. If the payment was made in full, a single invoice will be issued for that appointment.
  2. If the payment was split, an invoice will be generated for each part (e.g. deposit and remaining balance).

💡 Remember: you can only generate an invoice if the session is marked as “paid” or “partially paid”.

This approach allows your invoicing to reflect the way you manage payments — whether in full or in instalments.
