I want to change my current plan

You can switch, upgrade or adjust your subscription, whether monthly or annual, whenever you need to. Any changes you make will take effect from your next invoicing cycle. To update your plan, just go to:

  • ‘Manage Account’
  • Then click on ‘My Plan’

Here are the different plan change options:

1. From Free Plan to Premium Plan

If you're currently on the Free Plan and want access to more advanced features, you can upgrade to Premium. This will allow you to enjoy additional tools to optimise the management of your practice.

2. From Monthly Premium Plan to Annual Premium Plan

If you’re on a Monthly Premium Plan and prefer to pay once a year, you can switch to the Annual Premium Plan. This change will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period.

3. From Annual Premium Plan to Monthly Premium Plan

If you’d like more flexibility, you can switch from an Annual Premium Plan to a Monthly one. The update will come into effect at the end of your current invoicing period.

4. From Premium Plan to a Free Plan (Cancel the renewal)

If you decide to go back to the Free Plan, you can cancel the automatic renewal of your Premium subscription. Once your current invoice period ends, you won’t be charged again, and your account will return to the Free Plan.
