Can I request full or partial payment in advance?
Yes — but this feature is only available if you have the Premium Plan activated or if you are a MundoPsicologos client.
With this option, you can set your preferred payment terms and ask your clients to make:
- Full payment in advance
or - A partial payment before the session
This helps you secure the client’s commitment and gives you greater financial control over your schedule.
You can manage your payment preferences directly from the appointment in your Agenda, or by going to “Manage Account” > “Payment Settings”.
