Can I add more than one centre or location to my account?

Yes! With TMH Suite, you can manage multiple centres, everything’s centralised and organised. You can even assign the same professional to different centres.

How do I set up my centres?

Centre settings are only available to users with admin roles, and you’ll find them under:

‘Manage Account’ > ‘My Business’ > ‘Centres’

Here you can:

  • Add new centres
  • Personalise each with:
  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Telephone
  • Set the type of care: online or in-person sessions

⚠️ Don’t forget, you can assign the services you offer to each centre from Manage Account > My Business > Services

What about availability?

TMH Suite automatically blocks time slots at other centres when a professional already has an appointment scheduled. This helps you manage your time efficiently and prevents double bookings or scheduling conflicts.
