Error on the ‘Choose Your Plan’ Page
If you were already logged in and see a message like:
‘Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)’
Don’t worry, this is a common browser issue and can be easily resolved. Here’s how to fix it step by step:
Quick fix
- Open this link directly: https://app.tmhsuite.com/agenda
- Then refresh the page (press F5 or click your browser’s reload button).
If the issue continues:
- Go to the login screen: https://app.tmhsuite.com/login
- Log in again using your usual credentials.
Still not working? Try this
Clear your browser’s saved site data:
- Press F12 to open the developer tools.
- Click the Application tab.
- Select Clear site data.
- Reload the page.
