How to create appointments from a suggestion

Suggestions received in the Inbox can be quickly turned into an appointment.

The Book appointment action opens the appointment creation screen directly.

The details from the suggestion will be filled in automatically to streamline the process.

When the appointment is created successfully,

● the suggestion automatically changes to Managed status;

● a confirmation message will be displayed;

● you will automatically return to the Inbox.

After creating the appointment,

● the suggestion will disappear from the Pending view;

● the inbox will update automatically in real time.

This helps to keep track of pending requests in a clearer and more organised manner.
