Using SophIA

SophIA features two thinking models: the Basic model and the Advanced model.
 Each one is designed to adapt to different levels of complexity in clinical practice, thus allowing you to choose between quicker responses or more in-depth analysis, depending on your needs.

SophIA usage is measured in tokens, which are consumed with each interaction, depending on the volume and complexity of the query.

*Tokens are like usage credits.

Every time you use a service feature (e.g. generating content, analysing data, etc.) tokens are consumed.

➡️ More usage = more tokens consumed.

Tokens are reset every month.

Once you have used up all your tokens* (Advanced and Basic), a warning message will show the next date on which your tokens will be reset, so that you can submit new queries to SophIA.

Remember that, even without tokens, you can still view and read your conversations, but you will not be able to submit new inquiries until your tokens are reset.

Monthly usage monitoring

SophIA includes a permanently visible monthly usage bar that clearly shows, at all times, the percentage of tokens used and how many are still available.

This bar shows the percentage of plan usage, while taking into account the tokens used and the files processed during the month.

Remember: With every query made, the percentage of tokens consumed will be updated.
